The project helped clarify ownership, standardise processes across countries, and prepare the organisation for future HRIS transformation.

Supported an early-stage startup operating with a freelance-first model to clarify governance, roles, and collaboration structures. Through an organisational diagnostic and operating model design, the project helped the company strengthen accountability, reduce operational risk, and build a more scalable organisational structure while maintaining flexibility.
